Promotions and Upselling
Promote a new product or service in minutes, getting your message directly to users without delay. With the ability to instantly promote and upsell, you can increase average customer spends and rapidly adapt to changes in supply/demand.
Doing all this digitally not only improves your reach and response time compared to conventional promotional tactics (e.g. printing promotional posters/leaflets), but it’s environmentally friendly and cheaper!
Security
Through the use of VLANS, regular security updates and content filtering, we work hard to give you piece of mind and protect you and your customers. Our VLANs provide the ability to subdivide your network and add security (maintaining connectivity), letting you manage individual devices’ access and permissions.
Compliance and GDPR
Handling and using customer data have become increasingly tricky fields – we keep all aspects of our service compliant with the latest government standards, including GDPR, so you can be sure that you’re not breaking the law. We are also able to provide terms of service and user agreements for your WiFi, to help establish how to responsibly use your services.
Loyalty
88% of millennials would want to receive communications from a business’s WiFi, with 53% of millennial women actively looking to have their personal customer history and data recorded and used.
Whether it’s offering rewards tailored to customers’ buying habits, or simply implementing a paperless loyalty card, we can provide a solution perfect for your needs – to capture customer engagement and keep them coming back.

Cardiff Caravan and Camping Park (temp)
Provided access to the surrounding campsite area through the use of long range wireless access point along with 4G antennas.
We began by inspecting the whole area of the caravan and camping park and determining if the owner of the park wants Wi-Fi at key locations such as restroom buildings and or park reception. Once the owner had decided on just setting up Wi-Fi in key locations we then wen about installing 4G antennas at each location alongside a long range wireless access point in order to provide maximum range for the wireless network while minimising the overall setup cost. With the long range access points and 4G antennas setup, the next step was setting up a ticketing system so those entering the campsite could pay for the Wi-Fi depending on how long they intend on staying at the caravan and camping park.
holiday park
Installed new long range access points and setup a private network for staff and a public network for customers, with the customer network setup with a paid ticketing system requiring the customers to pay to use the public network.
We began by locating the ideal locations for long-range access points to best cover the holiday park. After locating the ideal locations for the access points we then began running cables from existing internet cabling to the new locations and fitting the new long-range wireless access points to provide full site coverage, with the new access points in place the network was then configured to have a private network for the staff and public network for the customers to use. The public Wi-Fi included a paid ticketing system requiring the customers to pay a fee to unlock the Wi-Fi as an amenity to the holiday park.
Bar 44 Cardiff
Updated existing access points and installed 2 new access points 1 indoor and 1 outdoor. Created separate networks for staff, customers and EPOS devices.
We began the job by surveying the existing network to determine what would need updating and what could be reused to avoid unnecessary costs, After completing the survey we began by adding in a new cable running to the outdoor seating area to provide outdoor WiFi through an access point. From here all the existing access points were replaced with new access points to provide better output and added in a new access point to provide full site coverage to the restaurant. Finally we added in a new network switch to allow for multiple virtual LAN networks on the same network to provide staff and customer networks.
