Charity

We provide and install internet and Wi-Fi solutions at discounted rates for our Charity customers

We provide the full service from internet phonelines through to Wi-Fi networks

Compliance and GDPR

Handling and using customer data have become increasingly tricky fields – we keep all aspects of our service compliant with the latest government standards, including GDPR, so you can be sure that you’re not breaking the law. We are also able to provide terms of service and user agreements for your WiFi, to help establish how to responsibly use your services.

Security

Through the use of VLANS, regular security updates and content filtering, we work hard to give you piece of mind and protect you and your customers. Our VLANs provide the ability to subdivide your network and add security (maintaining connectivity), letting you manage individual devices’ access and permissions.

Email Marketing

Email marketing is standard practice for large businesses at this point, and with good reason. With an average ROI of 38:1, marketing material through email is highly effective. Our email marketing allows you to:

  • Use pre-made template designs to get your content out there in minutes
  • Quickly divide customers into subgroups for more targeted material
  • Build material quickly with an intuitive interface

SMS Marketing

Given that 90% of text messages are read within 3 minutes and 79% of smartphone users make their shopping decisions based on SMS opt-in (or similar) services, leveraging SMS marketing to promote your charity just makes sense. Our SMS marketing allows you to:

  • Combine your promotional material across email and SMS
  • Actively measure and track customer engagement
  • Engage with customers whilst they’re out and about

Charity (temp)

Provided a temporary wireless network to provide the charity event with wifi for a set location

We began by identifying the desired size of the network and its planned usage for the event to determine the networks requirements. With the planned usage noted we then setup a temporary wireless network using a wireless access point to provide the staff at the pop-up event consistent wireless connection to be used for staffs personal use and for setting up a virtual network to allow for a virtual secure network for the use of an EPOS network to accept payment using a card machine.
